Superfree balances are an invitation to deepen your core awareness, fine tune your proprioception and develop your ability to stay focused and engaged while relaxing your nervous system. Most balances we’ll cover will have the flyer align their center over one, at most two points of contacts with an ever decreasing use of hand support. More than an outer shape or a flow, this is a unique class geared towards practitioners who are in it for the inner journey, for the sense of dropping in and cultivating a commitment to the process over the result.
