VIVAcroyoga 2024 will be happening again at the Conservatoire de Musique et d’Art Dramatique in the heart of Montreal, near restaurants, public transit, and parks. 

For 7 days, in 2023, our community had a brightly lit, beautiful container to share practice, laughter, tears, and play. It was marvelous, and we are excited to continue growing in 2024 in the same location. 

The big news for 2024 is that we will have three big spaces to practice in as we add the Orchestra Room and let go of the smaller red-curtained Lyrique room from last year. And… we are adding Monday, June 17th as a Post-Festival daylong for recovery through partnered healing arts. 

VIVAcroyoga extends a huge thank you to the whole team at the Conservatoire for being so organized and welcoming. We are looking forward to a continued partnership.
