Explore L-base 3-person stacks and “Dutch stack” variations in a safe, progressive format for beginners to advanced practitioners. This class builds foundations for 3-high skills while bridging L-base and standing acro. Focus includes squats in chair/bird/throne, shoulderstand transitions, and entries to two-high (kneeling ok), with optional progressions for more experienced movers.

A foundational introduction to low (L-base) hand-to-hand, both regular and reverse. This class builds from the ground up, starting with hand placement and grip then develops flyer shapes, base support, and the shared structure needed for a stable hold.
