Following many years of martial arts practice, Mathieu started exploring a wide variety of sports and disciplines including parkour, dragonboat, climbing and hand balancing. Discovering the numerous benefits of Acroyoga, he quickly made it a main regular practice.
He developed a particular interest in skills requiring balance, precision and strength, as well as working with a variety of body proportions. Bringing over 5 years of practice, he is also certified with AcroYoga Montreal. The will to constantly share and learn is what drives him to teach, always in the spirit of cooperation, progress and respect.
