This workshop will delve into the Icarian style of (full release) popping. We will explore the intricacies of full release pops and learn to string movements together as we iron out what makes popping smooth and floaty. The morning session will progress through Icarian fundamentals with a focus on technique and intelligent spotting, while the afternoon will work into harnessing your energy for big floaty pops that spin and launch high into the air!

This day long is designed to meet you at your level with a strong focus on technique. We believe in perfecting the basics in order to work into combinations and higher level skills. We will work in more advanced skills as partnerships are ready.

Prerequisites:

2+ months popping experience, familiarity with bird and throne pops, some familiarity with reverse throne pops, confidence with dynamic spotting and accurate self assessment in throwing and spotting skills.
