Learn the process to mastering the varial flip, a 180° spin with a full 360° rotation from the flyer. Learn to co create movement with your partner and advance through our specific sequence of progressions and drills to give you the tools to successfully master this skill.
Prerequisites:
- 6+ months popping experience
- Confident dynamic spotting
- Clean bird to throne pops with full release

Mastering Scary Poses & Transitions

Are you afraid of falling out of star? We’ll do that! What about from a reverse star or a bicep stand? We’ll do that too! We’ll play with balance to search for point of no return and then dive in the nothingness. We’ll show base, flyer and spotter techniques that will help you overcome your fears.
Prerequisites:
supported or non-supported star and reverse star hold for 10 sec, willingness to try new things.

ABCs of Acro

For anyone who has ever dreamt of flying but is nervous about where to start, this is the perfect first step. This workshop will introduce you to the basics of flying, basing and spotting safely. We will work through the fundamental poses of Acroyoga with a focus on what we call the ABCs of Acroyoga (Alignment, Breath and Communication). Also included are warm up and cool down yoga practice, trust exercises and partner stretches!

Thai Massage Therapeutics

Tired from playing hard all festival long? Help stimulate your recovery and refresh your body with some stretching and massage. Participants will be partnered up for a guided session of sequences inspired by Thai massage and partner stretches.

Having a body that wants to give and receive therapeutic touch
