Join us for a 1 day of the Handstand Intensive guided by the experienced and highly talented Heidi Blais! Whether you're just starting or looking to refine your freestanding handstand, this supportive group setting will help you progress toward your goals with confidence. Sessions take place from 10am-11:30am before the daylongs Mon-Thurs.
