Becky’s life is deeply rooted in communal living, dance, AcroYoga, yoga, and time spent in wild nature — all woven together by her passion for sustainability. Her greatest joy comes from the strong sense of community that movement practices create.

As a teacher, Becky empowers her students by helping them build strength, deepen self-connection through embodiment, and find grounding through breath. For Becky, AcroYoga offers a perfect blend of connection, play, and physical challenge — all of which have shaped some of her most meaningful relationships. Her greatest hope is to create a welcoming space where others can experience the same sense of joy and belonging.
