A foundational introduction to low (L-base) hand-to-hand, both regular and reverse. This class builds from the ground up, starting with hand placement and grip then develops flyer shapes, base support, and the shared structure needed for a stable hold.

Explore dynamic and unconventional entrances into foot-to-hand (F2H), along with creative transitions in and out of the shape. We’ll also build sequences that evolve toward mono balances for added challenge and flow.
